The cells of our bodies need rest to function optimally.  Unfortunately, millions of people suffer from insomnia so tired, less alert mentally, and physically weak. To enjoy sound sleep, follow these tips:

1. Do not be too full for dinner
Try dinner at the bottom at 7 PM so you do not sleep in a state of full stomach.

2. Reduce mental activity confiscated after at 8:30 PM

3. Turn off the lights start at 10:30 PM
