To enjoy sound sleep, follow these tips:
1. Do not be too full for dinner
Try dinner at the bottom at 7 PM so you do not sleep in a state of full stomach.
2. Reduce mental activity confiscated after at 8:30 PM
3. Turn off the lights start at 10:30 PM
